1. How do you guarantee the leather handbag quality?

Before production, we make pre-production samples to confirm details with customers. During production, our professional QC team conducts strict inspections. Customers’ own QC team is also welcome to inspect before shipment.

2. Can your factory pass factory audits?

Yes, our factory has passed Disney, Target, PVH, JCPenney audits and holds ISO 9001:2008 pensijilan.

3. What’s the handbag production lead time?

Sample time: 12–15 days
Bulk production: 25–45 days after receiving deposit and confirming sample

4. Can I have my own logo on the leather handbag?

Yes, we support custom logos – stamping, laser engraving, embossing, dll.

5. What are your payment terms?

50% deposit, and 50% balance before shipment. Boleh dirunding.

6. Do you offer other leather goods besides handbags?

Yes. Our product range includes tali pinggang, dompet, beg tangan, and bracelets, made from materials such as genuine leather, Pu, kanvas, and fabric.

7. What is the MOQ?

Different designs, different MOQs. For our designs: 50-200 pcs (kulit), 50–500 pcs (non-leather). For your designs: 100–500 pcs (kulit), 200–1000 pcs (non-leather).

8. What are your sample fees?

Sample fees range from USD 120-500 depending on design. Free samples are available for famous brands.

9. Where is your factory located? Can I visit?

Located in Daerah Baiyun, Guangzhou City. Please contact us to schedule a visit; we can arrange a business car for pickup.
